Another food you will want to add to your diet is artichokes. This is a food that is often overlooked, but should be added to diet on a regular basis. There are several recipes that use artichokes, especially Italian recipes. If you are looking to drastically change your health, then you will likely have to start cooking healthier meals for you and your family.
